** SANITATION
We welcome your questions and will address your concerns concisely and openly, with your
safety in mind. Each client will receive a single use kit including file, buffer and pumice to
make your manicure and pedicure safe and clean.
• We sanitize and disinfect all reusable manicuring tools in accordance with state
regulations and industry “best practices”.
• We have cleaning protocols, required by the state and recommended by the product
manufacturer. We have safety procedures that are done after every client, at the end of
every day, and once a week.
• We clean our hands prior to each service and ask you to do the same.
• We use clean towels for each client.
• We choose not use Acrylic in our salon to prevent expose to odors and vapors.
** PROFESSIONALISM
We take pride in our professionalism
• Our licenses are up-to-date and displayed.
• We will evaluate the health of your nails before your service and refer you to a physician if
indicated. Be sure to let us know if you have any health conditions like diabetes, open
cuts, skin irritations… that may affect your service.
• We will make recommendations for at-home maintenance of your nails. We encourage you
to understand your own role in keeping your nails in healthy and attractive condition.

If you wish to show appreciation to your service provider, gratuity accepted.
$30 service charge on all returned checks
** SALON AND SPA POLICIES
Kindly review the cancellation policy below. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy.
Please arrive on time to ensure you get the most out of your experience. If you are running late, we will make every effort to accommodate you. Some services may not be extended based on late arrivals, which means that your appointment will end at its scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
For the safety of children under the age of 12 who are not receiving services, adult supervision is required in the waiting area.
** CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking this appointment you agree to our Cancellation and No Show Policy.
If you unable to make this reservation, please call us at 603-425-7731.Appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice may be subject to a Late Cancellation Fee which may equal up to 50% charge of the service. Clients that do not show up for their appointment will be considered a No Show and will incur a No Show Fee which may equal up to 100% charge of the service. Cancellation or No Show fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before the next appointment. The Credit Card on file may be charged if our Cancellation/No Show policy is not adhered to. We understand that special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to Cancel or No Show. Fees in these instances may be waived but only with management approval.
** RETAIL RETURN POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product purchase, you may return the product in exchange for other products or for a retail credit. We do not issue refunds.
*Order Gift Cards Online
Gift cards may be purchased in the salon or online for dollar amount and are redeemable toward your favorite services and products. If you are interested in suggesting a service experience to recipient of gift card, you are welcome to write the suggested service as a message on the card.
